Choose your room
We'll show you the available rooms with photos, prices, and all details. All our apartments are in the old town or city center, fully furnished, with utilities included.
If you're already in Vilnius, we'll show you the flat in person. If not, we can arrange a video tour via WhatsApp.
Contact us at least 3 months before your semester. Our rooms are usually fully booked 6 weeks before it starts.
Reserve with a small deposit
To secure your room, you transfer only half of the security deposit to our Lithuanian bank account (IBAN starting with "LT") and send us the receipt. That's it, your room is reserved.
This is not a commission. It's part of your security deposit, which you get back in full at the end of your stay (provided there's no damage).
Most landlords in Vilnius ask for the full deposit plus the first month upfront. We only ask for half the deposit.
Arrive and move in
Send us your travel details and we'll have the room ready for you. When you arrive:
- We meet you at the flat
- You pay the remaining 200€ of the deposit + the first month's rent
- You sign the contract (5.5 months, one semester)
- You get your keys
Welcome to Vilnius! That's it. You're home.
Common questions
How much is the deposit?
The security deposit equals one month of rent. You pay half to reserve, the other half on arrival. It's returned in full at the end of your stay, provided there's no damage.
Are utilities included in the rent?
Yes. Heating, water, electricity, and internet are all included. You read the meters yourself each month so you can track your own consumption. No surprise bills.
How long is one semester?
One semester is around 5.5 months. Longer stays (one full academic year or more) are also welcome.
Can I see the flat before deciding?
Of course. If you're in Vilnius, we'll show you the flat in person. If you're abroad, we can do a live video tour via WhatsApp so you can see every room.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer to a Lithuanian IBAN. It's the simplest and cheapest option for EU transfers. Most banks process SEPA transfers within one business day.
Do I need to rent the whole apartment?
Not at all! You can rent one bedroom, multiple bedrooms, or the entire flat, the choice is yours. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with your flatmates, who are other international students like you. It's a great way to save money and make friends during your Erasmus.
