Hello in this page we will describe how to rent your accomodation in Vilnius from us.
Step 1: contact us using the following ways:

We will work with you to find the perfect flat or room for your Erasmus studies.
Step 2: Decide which room you want based on availability and price
We offer different type of apartments and room with or without utilities included in the price. Flats are also located in different part of the city center (always in the center/oldtown). We will try to accomodate your requests and find the perfect room for you.
We strongly recommend to contact us well in advance (3 months or more) so you will have different solutions available. Our flats are usually fully rented 1.5 months before the starting of the Semester
Step 3: Transfer the reservation deposit
Once you have decided which flat/room you would like to rent in Vilnius you would have to transfer half of the deposit on our Lithuanian bank account and send us the receipt.
The reservation deposit is part of the rental deposit. It is not a commission. Example: Room deposit 350. Reservation deposit paid 175. When you will arrive you will have to pay 175 euros for a total of 350.
The room is now reserved.
Step 4: Send us your trip details
We will try to have the room / flat available exactly on the date of your arrival. Please send us the exact dates and time of arrival and the start of your Erasmus.
