Flat 4 is a fully renovated attic apartment on Subačiaus gatvė, one of the most charming streets inside Vilnius old town. With 150 m² spread across private bedrooms, two bathrooms, a shared kitchen, and a ~30 m² living room, it is one of the largest student flats you will find in the historic centre.

The rooms in this flat are much bigger than what you will find elsewhere in Vilnius. Most bedrooms measure between 15 and 21 m², and the biggest room reaches 24 m². For comparison, a typical student room in Vilnius is 8 to 12 m². The sloped ceilings and skylights give every room plenty of natural light and a cosy attic character that our tenants love.

Every bedroom comes with a real 160×200 cm king size bed, a feature that is extremely rare in student accommodation. Most shared flats offer narrow 90 cm or 120 cm beds, so if comfort matters to you, this is a real advantage. Each room also has a desk, a wardrobe, a bedside table with lamp, and a carpet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two fridges with freezer, an oven, an electric cooktop, and a washing machine, so you can cook and do laundry without leaving home. The flat has 250 Mbit/s symmetric fiber internet, central heating, and all utilities are included in the rent.
